just a quick note . Your installer got here about 9:am. I was very impressed with this fella's (Paul's)  approach. He just went in and moved the table first out into the yard out of his way and went directly at it. He never seemed to stop, seemed that he has a system and sticks to it. Nice to see a workman that doesn't smoke too.  He checked and adjusted the opener several times before he was satisfied with the operator. He tidied up after he was done,which I liked, wiped the door free of any smudges and checked the door one more time before getting me to sign the work order. He looks like he takes pride in his work. Kudos. The door  looks and works great !

He was very good at what he does. I had a lot of contractors in the last week and he was definatly up there in the ease to work with.No complaints .

Started with that little house on Oct 9 th 2007 and now it looks like this.  GARAGE DOORS  installed Friday . Priced them a lot of places,  Prices run very close.  But Over Head Doors and Dave Pace have the rep. They did our doors at work   for many years and always good work man ship. Fast to come if you need them. So went with them. Hope you like the look I chose for the house. Landscaping yet to go and a tool shed .Also a hot house going on the vacant lot I bought with the house.  later Dave

Today, Friday 9th May 2008, I had the misfortune to have a spring shatter on my Garage door.

 
I called your Dartmouth office and spoke to a very friendly person. She took my name and number with the promise
to call back ASAP. This she did within minutes.
 
Less than a half hour later your serviceman, Steve Parker, arrived. He took just a few minutes to assess the situation  and
promised to be back soon with new springs for the door. Again, a promise kept.
 
I was amazed at the swift and honest response from your company. Steve is to be commended for the excellent job he did
and the friendly way he went about it.
 
As a disabled person I do rely on my garage door being serviceable and your company did a really fine job keeping it that way.
 
Many thanks for your swift response and for fixing my problem on very short notice.

In response to your request for feedback, I wish to inform you of a very timely and professional response from Dwayne at Overhead Door. He called the very next day, came armed with information, made several suggestions, guided me through your "door planning section " on your site---a fabulous tool!!.

He responded with a quote within a few hours. I have ordered the door and they will install it the first week of August--overall a very satisfactory experience!! If this is any example of the service I can expect from Garaga/Overhead Door I believe I made the right choice---

Just a note to tell you that our garage door was installed yesterday and it looks wonderful.  The gentleman who installed it worked diligently to make sure everything looked great.  He certainly knew what he was doing. I will not have any problems telling anyone who asks that we got it from Overhead Door.
