He took the care and attention to ensure all parts were optional, explained use and was articulate in ensuring his the door that had just been installed was free of debris / dirt on the surface. Suggest advising customer prior to making the final Visa charge - no notice.

A tech came and said the door was fixable. He made a list of parts required. No mention of needing a new door was made. A call from the company said they couldn't fix it and we needed a new door. They kept the total retainer of $155.25 for the tech's 15 to 20 minute visit. I guess the fix didn't make enough money for them. We would not recommend them for repairs.
