Very curtious and prompt with both service and contact... whether it be a phone call or a simple email. I’m not sure if it been a month yet since our install, but sometimes I catch myself just looking out the window at the way the door looks... also it is very user friendly. Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of building a garage to call OHD. Like my title says!!

Very easy business to deal with. Sales (Jeff White) took the time to provide me with the info that I needed, technician (James) did an excellent job installing and commissioning the door. Everything was delivered and installed on the agreed upon date, the installation was very professional, and the worksite was left tidy. The door works exactly as advertised, and its seriously quiet when it does its thing. I'm a happy camper.
