Jodie took the extra effort to explain all the available options, and helped us make the right choice for our garage doors. The installation team was very professional, timely, and completed the task as planned. We would definitely highly recommend "overhead doors of nova scotia" to others.
Incomplete Job
My overall experience with Overhead was pleasant, however after dealing with some miscommunication between the sales rep and the installer, I became somewhat irritated once the installer was finished.… Read more My overall experience with Overhead was pleasant, however after dealing with some miscommunication between the sales rep and the installer, I became somewhat irritated once the installer was finished. We were to have the garage door, door opener and door jamb replaced, although afterwards I was required to purchase additional supplies to complete the job. This included spray foam insulation, caulking and white paint. A completely finished job would have covered these items, and would not require any additional time or money from the customer. I would choose this company again, but I would ensure that they were clear with my expectations. Thank you.

Hi Travis, Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, we do not provide painting services as there are so many colors and it is difficult to plan the install on an appropriate day for applying paint, although I am curious about the caulking as we usually do a good job with this.
