Overhead door was extremely professional and easy to deal with. The technician came to my home (arrived on time) went over a few different options with me, by end of day I had the quote. A week later, we had it scheduled & installed. My garage was cleaned when the technician was done, no garbage or debris left behind. Overhead door was so easy to deal with. We called Overhead Door NS to see how long it might take to get it repaired. Within a couple of hours, the service person was here, took a few measurements, went back to the shop where it was fabricated, and returned here to install the new spring. Excellent service, excellent response, excellent customer care. Highly recommend them!
