We were thoroughly impressed by our installation person. He was attentive to detail, professional and qualified. He took the care and attention to ensure all parts were optional, explained use and was articulate in ensuring his the door that had just been installed was free of debris / dirt on the surface. Suggest advising customer prior to making the final Visa charge - no notice.

He made a list of parts… Read more Before they would come out to check what was needed to repair the garage door we had to give a retainer deposit of $135.00 plus tax. A tech came and said the door was fixable. He made a list of parts required. No mention of needing a new door was made. A call from the company said they couldn't fix it and we needed a new door. They kept the total retainer of $155.25 for the tech's 15 to 20 minute visit. I guess the fix didn't make enough money for them. We would not recommend them for repairs.
